Introduction

Abicloud is an open source infrastructure software for the creation and integral management of Public & Private Clouds based on heterogeneous environments. The main aim of the project is to offer users a tool with the capacity for scaling, management, automatic and immediate provision of servers, storage, networks, virtual network devices as well as applications.

The aim of this document is to provide a complete guide of management and configuration of abiCloud, in order to provisione basic environments or more complete and complex cloud environments.

First of all, this document expose the complete abiCloud architecture, with all the components and third party systems that appears on the installation.

More over, the guide details the required configuration for each cloud node and the cloud server.

Finally, this manual expose and detail the different disks supported by each hypervisor and a reference guide with tricks that helps system administrators to create virtual Images prepared to be used on abiCloud.
